Made Local, The Yarra Valley
Since 1986, Chandon Australia has been crafted in the Yarra Valley, Victoria. At 100m above sea level, our site was originally chosen for its magical combination of rich loamy soils, fresh gentle breezes, warm afternoon sun and cool nights.
In 2018 our Yarra Valley cellar door was completely renovated and stands proud as an award winning, chic French inspired/Australian made bar & bistro, be sure to check it out next time you are in the Yarra.

2 years of thoughtful craft make up the journey behind each bottle of Chandon Non-Vintage before it finds your glass. Chandon Vintage is our most special Chandon at 4 years to craft each bottle, making it the perfect pairing for your elevated, romantic moments.

Today we craft Chandon the same way as Champagne, still using the 3 noble grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. The only Australian sparkling with French roots, we like to say Chandon Australia is the effervescent combination of French inspired/Australian made, the perfect pairing, best shared.
